There is so much to be excited about this year, lots of changes and new adventures. GiGi has asked; and we decided it was for the best; to be in traditional school. Which means lunches 5 days a week! And lunches geared more towards a tween and not a grade schooler. LiLi will still be home with me (homeschooling), but will be at school on Mondays...so cute lunches for her!
I've been going through all my lunch making supplies and adding more then a few things, but I always seem to go back to my favorites. That's what this giveaway is made up of, some of my favorite bento creating tools.
This includes 2 sets of re-usable silverware, green silicone liners, multi colored picks, Neapolitan silicon liners, three easy lock containers, 2 re-usable ice sheets, apple, star and scalloped cookie cutters and 2 re-usable snack bags.
These are things I use really every time I pack a lunch, things that are kid tested, and Lunch Lady approved!

Good luck friends, can't wait to see who will win!
I love your lunch box ideas. I am trying to adapt them to a tween boy who still loves surprises in his lunches. Excited to hear Gigi is going to try traditional school. I will miss seeing her sweet face at ACA. Glad we still get to see you and Lili. I also can't believe how fast this summer has gone. Was out buying curriculum today for my boy to homeschool today and was thinking why am I doing this so soon. Anyway love your blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks Liza....haven't done a thing about curriculum, horrible I know! It looks like Gigi will get every other Monday off for some holiday or another so you'll probably see her around a little;)
Deleteit'll be nice to see her when she gets to come. I just went this week and picked up some curriculum to start Stephen off with. I really could use another couple of months of summer vacation before the mom taxi bus starts up. But we have already started it already with starting football and 10 hours of practice a week. Ugh.
DeleteI love your ideas! Thanks for offering the goodies! Hope I win! :o)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are posting again! What a great give away!
ReplyDeleteYou are the reason I started making better lunches for my son. He is 8 now and still loves for me to do something special that no one else at school gets. Thank you for the great ideas...especially the ideas "outside of the box".
ReplyDeleteWhy continental us only if USPS? Unless you are sending it express mail it is the same price?
ReplyDeleteHeather...I didn't check into rates. I just know that if someone in the UK or Europe wins it'll cost a fortune, so I assumed (and we know what they say about that! LOL) that it would be the same for Alaksa and Hawaii...are you in one of those? I'd happily mail to all 50 states (better check it out quick so I can change the "rules!")
DeleteIt's sort of fun being in charge;) I just decided, what the heck, lets include the ENTIRE US! Thanks for the gentle push;)
DeleteVery cute. I love the reusable bags. We only need to pack a lunch twice a week but ism always looking for fresh ideas that are peanut free.
ReplyDeleteLove, love the lunch box ideas! I am making a better effort to have healthy and fun lunches for my kids!
ReplyDeleteNo love for Hawaii? :(
ReplyDeleteLove for Hawaii, but of course! I just made an executive decision...I'm including all of the US! Consider your self entered on the blog;)

ReplyDeleteI would love to win this! My daughter is going into Kindergarten in September and I would love to make her healthy lunches. I do not want her eating the fatty, unhealthy food in the cafeteria at school. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love you packaging ideas! Since I started poking my daughters lunches it has always bugged me the amount of waste with the Ziploc bags and such. Thanks for opening my eyes to better options!
ReplyDeleteLove your ideas!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first year packing lunches for my soon to be kindergartner. I love all of your ideas!

ReplyDeleteLove your lunch ideas. I am looking forward to help with ideas for my daughter's lunches this year
ReplyDeleteI too have a LiLi... starting first grade! She's a very picky eating and has peanut/tree nut allergies too ~ which makes it very difficult for me to find things she likes for packed lunches. I think she'd love the cookie-cutter sandwich idea or colored picks for cheese cubes, cut fruit, etc. Thanks for the inspiration!
